With a presence spanning more than 30 countries and employing over 26,000 individuals, we offer a world of opportunities for growth and development, both locally and internationally.Your Mission:Serve as a vital Business Partner to our Managing Director, providing insightful analysis to enhance facility profitability.Take charge of all plant accounting and reporting functions, leading projects aimed at bolstering the bottom line.Ensure timeliness and accuracy in financial month-end closures, with a focus on understanding balance sheet accounts and addressing significant issues promptly.Oversee monthly flash forecasting, quarterly annual forecasting, and the complete budget process, from formulation to presentation.Provide effective management, direction, and development for the accounting staff, assisting with audit and tax requirements.Ensure robust processes for profit optimization, inventory analysis, and intercompany balancing.Play a key role in capital request development, tracking, and timely capitalization of fixed assets while upholding stringent controls and adhering to established practices and procedures.Travel regularly, approximately four to six times a year, for conferences and training meetings.
